Orders placed for local pick up will receive a same day confirmation when the item is ready for pick up.  This will include pick up instructions and an individual code for the pick up box. 

Orders placed before 12 noon weekdays are shipped the same day via courier with delivery target of 5.00pm the following business day.

Orders placed after 12 noon weekdays may be shipped the following day via courier with delivery target of 5.00pm the following business day.

Rural delivery adds an additional 2-3 working days to standard target delivery.

We endeavour to achieve the target delivery, but this is not always possible, due to reasons outside of our control.
It may also take a little longer during peak times, for example, Christmas.
